"Work is not where you go, but what you do"
The TDW aka The Dream Workplace is an initiative by a group of employees (or friends) working across various organizations who came together to create a collection of ideas that they believe can help organizations across the world implment so that they take care of the evolving needs of their employees. This is a result of our frustration as we were stuck in workplaces that did not support remote work and forced people to come to offices. We understand that not everyone has the flexibility or even the freedom to work from anywhere, but a lot of people can work remotely. And as our organizations went ahead with its 'Return to Office' plans, we wanted a vent for our frustrations. And as we put our thoughts together, we realized that many organizations across the world weere practising ideas that were radically different and are far ahead of its times.
